• If you notice a loose thread or yarn, avoid pulling or tugging it. Instead, trim it with scissors.

• Folds or bumps in the carpet are normal if it arrives folded. These will smooth out as the carpet lies flat.

• For handmade carpets, it's recommended to hire a professional cleaner who is well-equipped and experienced.
