Our carpets are made to order, and the processing time is typically 1-2 days. Once the carpet is ready, we ship it within 24 business hours.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our carpets worldwide. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

4. How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery time for all orders is 2-3 days after dispatch. We use reliable shipping partners like Shiprocket and Delhivery for domestic orders, and DHL and FedEx for international shipping.

 5. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within India. For international orders, the shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

6. How can I track my order?

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged carpet?

If you receive a carpet with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at jewelcarpetskol@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement after verifying the defect.

8. Can I visit your store in person?

Yes, you can visit our physical store Jewel Carpets located at 1 Acharya Jagadish Chandra, Bhowanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal 700020. We are open Monday to Saturday from 11 AM to 8:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays, but you can make an appointment for a visit.
